Probably a DIY. Just get a plain tote bag and a fabric paint marker (you want one for fabric and not just an ordinary marker, so that the writing doesn't easily wash off), and you can copy the same thing for really cheap. :) The fabric paint markers you can get at craft stores or Amazon.
